The Sanctuary LUX features a heavy-duty, N1-certified structural steel frame with zinc-rich primer and epoxy finish, insulated roof and wall panel systems, and optional feature cladding. Its folding frame design allows up to six units to fit in a single 40ft container, then expand on site to nearly eight times its shipping footprint. Delivered as a blank canvas, it suits diverse applications including site offices, commercial kitchens, classrooms, emergency accommodation, childcare facilities, gyms, personal offices, pool houses, and community spaces.
